Mr. deCrescenzo is the founder, inventor and creator of Internet Area Network Inc.  He manages and directs technology issues at the Company.  Working with other members of the management team, he oversees sales, finance, manages customer relationships and other elements of the business.  James has extensive expertise in systems and product design.  His knowledge of the latest technologies and his attention to simplicity of structure ensures highly reliable, manageable and maintainable programs and solutions for clients.  He began his career at Technical Advancement, as a system analyst, integrator and developer.  He designed new networks that provided solutions for client needs and facilitated projects with SQL/Access back-end databases solutions.  At Deloitte & Touche LLP, James was the Tri-state Administrator.  He was the project leader, developer and designer of systems for DTT, which he developed and built.  He also led the development of a collocation tracking database and collocation center.  James’ accomplishments include designing and building a NOC and two collocation facilities, providing facility service design, co-location for Deloitte & Touche, Citibank Accounting, and Nationwide Digital Inc.

James Martino is a business visionary within the technology and competitive communications landscape and is well known as a market expert in both the Internet Commerce and Competitive Communications industry.  He is the founder of Last Mile Connections, Inc. His extensive experience as a leader and decision maker of emerging companies is evidenced by a proven track record of extensive growth and repeat financings. He has either personally led or contributed to debt and equity financings in excess of $1B USD.  During his career he has managed multiple disciplines including Sales, Business Development, Finance, Operations and Procurement.  James has joined the company to lead all strategic and investor related initiatives and provide guidance to management.

Robert Bianco has over 14 years executive sales experience within the telecom industry and has a proven track record of success in growth and business strategies, and the development of sales teams.  Robert is responsible for growing monthly revenue, and overseeing and training of sales professionals within the company.  He joins Iareanet bringing previous knowledge of the telecom and technology industry where he held executive and management positions at companies such as Qwest Communications, WorldCom, and XO Communications.

As Vice President of Iareanet, Emily oversees customer service relations to uphold the company’s commitment to provide quality customer service to all of its clients.  Since joining iAreanet in 2003, she has maintained quality customer service within the defined the parameters of the industry.  Over the last three years she has increased market share by analyzing previous business practices within the company and administering internal plans to improve customer service, using a best practices methodology with clients.  In addition to managing customer relations, Ms. Guggino manages the office and oversees the transition from sales into customer retention. She has ensured that, by delegating responsibilities and providing organizational support between the sales force and technical support teams, Iareanet runs an efficient business while providing quality service to its clients.  Ms. Guggino received a B.A. with honors from the University of Maryland after studying in Israel and Turkey.  She is also an active member of the Technology Committee for the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and the OFD in New York.

Chief Financial Officer, and Seed Investor, Rosemary DeFresco has 26 years experience working as an accountant and bookkeeper.  Her primary role with the company is the preparation of budgets, providing financial planning and loan management. Rosemary oversees the review and approves all accounting functions; she ensures credit and cash collections and sales. Secondary roles include monthly billing, review of purchase orders, vendor contracts and cost control, review of cash receipts, cash disbursement, monthly and quarterly closing, payroll, taxes, general ledger, profit and loss statements, and database to bank reconciliation.  Rosemary oversees the training of new staff on financial functions and related computer programs.

Seshu has over 15 years experience in IT management.  Seshu is the founder and owner of Netweb Group Inc., a Wholesale VoIP Marketing company, which owned eezeephone.com.  He was also the Co-founder of Voice Highway Inc., a VoIP based hosted PBX company, which operated Eezzeephone.com until Eezzeephone merged with Iareanet.  Seshu has served as a consultant to many Fortune 100 companies as Systems Analyst and Data Modeler/Data Warehouse Guru for large financial systems.  Seshu joined our team as Partner and CIO, to manage the Company’s VoIP networks, POPS, and hardware technology.   He holds a Post Graduate in Science and an MBA in Marketing with additional certifications in systems analysis and administration.
